Data Analyst (Client Data)
We are looking for an ambitious Data Analyst intern to join our client analytics team in Lahore. You will analyze high-volume customer interaction datasets, identify actionable behavioral patterns, and help measure the tangible business impact of our enterprise AI deployment.

responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and aggregate large-scale customer journey and conversation datasets
- Build dynamic, insightful dashboards and reporting tools for client stakeholders
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to validate predictive scoring models
- Perform root-cause and variance analyses on operational KPIs and metrics
qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker)
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
