Lead Data Scientist
isbei is looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to guide our core algorithm team in Lahore. You will set the technical direction for our machine learning capabilities, mentor talented researchers, and drive high-impact AI solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises.

responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers
- Architect scalable AI architectures for enterprise real-time behavioral routing and NLP
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and global engineering teams
- Drive research and intellectual property creation in conversational intelligence and predictive modeling
qualifications
- 6+ years of data science experience with at least 2+ years in technical leadership or management
- Deep technical mastery of machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and statistical inference
- Extensive track record of taking complex models from research to high-throughput production
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional communication abilities
- Proven experience working with distributed systems and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Ray)
