Senior Integration Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer in Beijing to architect, build, and deploy mission-critical integrations connecting the isbei AI intelligence engine with enterprise telephony, CRM, and omnichannel communications ecosystems.

responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput integration middleware connecting isbei to Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, and Salesforce
- Build resilient REST APIs, WebSocket streaming endpoints, and event-driven data pipelines
- Troubleshoot network protocols, SIP/CTI signaling, and latency bottlenecks in production environments
- Work closely with client enterprise architects during on-premise and hybrid cloud deployments
qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software integration, CTI/telephony, or backend engineering
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Go, Java, Python, or C++)
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise contact center platforms, CTI adapters, and SIP/RTP protocols
- Experience with distributed message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and Linux network tuning
- Excellent troubleshooting instincts and client-facing communication skills
